OUR COMPANY POLICIES
Thank you for your interest in our luxury soft play equipment rentals! Please read through a summary of our company policies prior to submitting your booking inquiry to ensure we will be a good fit for your event.
Payments

A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking your event.

Full package amount will be due no less than 2 weeks prior to event date. Failure to provide full payment no less than 14 days prior to scheduled event will result in forfeit of event date by the client and the Vendor will retain the initial deposit in its entirety.
Inclement Weather

Shaded area is required for outdoor spaces during summer months, if you are unable to provide shade via building or canopy tent large enough to cover entire play space you must have an alternative indoor space available for set up or your event may be cancelled and all payments will be forfeit.

In the event of inclement weather for outdoor events you must provide an alternative indoor space to host your event, or your event will be cancelled and all payments will be forfeit.
Event Space Requirements

Indoor venues must have a clean, clear area with at least 2 feet surplus of the selected package.

(ex: 10x10 rental requires a 12x12 space)

Outdoor venues must have a clean, clear area with at least 2 feet surplus of the selected package.

Outdoor venues must be on level terrain.

Outdoor venues on grass must have short cut grass (less than 2 inches)

Outdoor venues must NOT have rocks or gravel.

Outdoor venues on grass or turf may cause foam flooring to separate and come apart during play. This will not affect child's play time; however, this may not appear as aesthetic during your event. If this will be problematic to your vision, please consider setting up in an alternative area such as a patio, garage or driveway.

Any event will be cancelled at the Vendors discretion if event space does not meet all criteria listed above. If event is cancelled due to inadequate space or insufficient preparedness of space you will forfeit the cost of the event in full and no refund shall be given.
Safe Play Procedures

Children under age 5 ONLY - no children over age 5 are allowed to play in play space under any circumstances

PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when in play area
-
NO SHOES, SNEAKERS, HIGH HEELS, FLIP FLOPS/SANDALS allowed on any equipment, including mats
-
SOCKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES INSIDE PLAY SPACE BY CHILDRE & ADULTS
-
NO FOOD, DRINK, CHEWING GUM, CANDY, SHARP OBJECTS, PAINT, SLIME, SILLY STRING, TEMPORARY TATTOOS, PENS, MARKERS, BUBBLES, GLITTER OR ANY OTHER ITEMS THAT MAY RESULT IN MESS

NO running, diving in ball pit or throwing balls or any equipment

NO moving of equipment outside of play space
-
NO shoving, pushing, wrestling or rough-housing of any kind in play space
-
DO NOT enter if you are pregnant or have health issues without consulting your physician
Ages of Children
-
Ages 5 and under ONLY! (no exceptions)
-
Unfortunately, any children over age 5 are too large for our equipment and may damage the foam base of our soft play equipment
Destination
-
Events within 25 miles of our business address located in Clarksville, TN will be considered local and there will be no delivery fee
-
Events more than 25 miles from our business address located in Clarksville, TN will be charged as follows:

$0.75 per mile round trip (ex: 50 miles from Clarksville, TN City Center: 50 x 0.75 = 37.5, 37.5 x 2 = $75. Total travel fee=$75)

Set Up/Take Down
-
We will arrive 45-60 minutes prior to event start time to begin set up of play space. Please be prepared to allow us access to event space with sufficient time to prepare for your event. We will arrive promptly upon scheduled event end time to take down the equipment. Take down will take approximately 45 minutes.

Failure to provide access to event space with adequate time for Vendor set up will result in reduced rental time.
Decorations
-
NO decorations may be hung or adhered to any equipment, including tents, without express written permission from Vendor. Any client who adheres tape or adhesive to any equipment will be fined in the amount of $250.
Cancellations
-
Events may be cancelled for a full refund no less than 45 days prior to event date with written notice to the Vendor.

Attempt to cancel events with less than 45 day notice will result in forfeit of 50% initial deposit; unless client may provide proof of a medical emergency, family emergency or other emergent circumstance. *Vendor will determine appropriate resolution at their discretion*
Rescheduling
-
Requests to reschedule an event received no less than 14 days prior to event date will be allowed at the discretion of the vendor.

Requests to reschedule an event received less than 14 days prior to event date will not be allowed unless client may provide proof of a medical emergency, family emergency or other emergent circumstance.
Damage
-
In the event of loss or damage to any equipment the client will be held responsible for the replacement value of each missing or damaged item per cost in a minimum amount of $150.

Cleaning
-
In the event of excessive mess to equipment - as determined by the Vendor management or staff - resulting in extra cleaning of equipment shall result in a fee to the client in the amount of $250 and is non-refundable.

Socks
-
Shoes OFF, Socks ON play space. Socks ARE required in the play space at all times for both children and adults as part of health code. Vendor will provide a shoe bin outside of the play space and socks for party guests in the event they do not have their own socks.

Failure to comply with this regulation will result in the excessive cleaning fee of $250.
Overtime
-
If party exceeds scheduled end time by more than 5 minutes (if Vendor is unable to begin removing equipment) the client agrees to pay $50.00 per 10 minute increment that the party is extended.
